If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Delayed or Lost Packages

SAVI Home is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package appears lost, please contact us at support@mysavihome.com , and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
